We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with HealthCare.gov, the federal or any state Marketplace, Medicare, or any government program.     HIPAA & Marketplace Privacy (45 CFR 155.260)

    We are not a HIPAA “covered entity,” but we may handle information that is Protected Health Information (PHI) in connection with plan selection and enrollment. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that are consistent with the HIPAA Security Rule and 45 CFR 155.260 (Marketplace privacy & security standards), including workforce training, access controls, encryption where appropriate, and incident response procedures.

    If your request concerns your HIPAA rights (access, amendment, accounting of disclosures), those rights typically apply to your plan/carrier. We will help route such requests to the appropriate entity and cooperate as required.

    Access/Correct/Delete: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. We will verify your identity and respond as required by law.
