   We connect individuals with licensed insurance agents who can assist with:

• Affordable Care Act (ACA) health plans

• Dental and vision plans

• Supplemental insurance products
  Not all products are available in all areas. Eligibility depends on state regulations and personal qualifications.

4. No Guarantee of Coverage or Savings
   Use of our Services does not guarantee eligibility for coverage or savings. Plan availability, pricing, and benefits depend on your location, household size, and income.

5. Information Accuracy
   You agree that the information you provide is true and complete. Misrepresentation may result in denial or cancellation of coverage.

6. Consent to Contact
   By providing your information, you give express written consent for Lotus Nexus Insurance, licensed agents, and our partners to contact you by phone, text, email, or automated means, even if on a Do Not Call list. Message/data rates may apply. Consent is not required to obtain a quote. Reply STOP to end texts.

    Lotus Nexus Insurance is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Maximum liability is $100 or the amount paid for Services in the past 12 months.

12. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be handled in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
